• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to develop and implement customer engagement strategies.
• Analyze customer data and create reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Monitor CRM campaigns and measure effectiveness in driving customer engagement, sales, and retention.
• Provide training and support to employees on how to effectively use the CRM system.
• Ensure that the CRM system is up-to-date with the latest customer information, including contact details, interactions, and purchasing history.
• Segment customer data for targeted marketing and sales initiatives.
• Work with marketing teams to automate customer journeys and communication workflows.
• Coordinate the creation of customer profiles and develop personalized communication strategies.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to CRM system functionality and work with IT support to resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to assess CRM performance and recommend improvements.
• Continuously seek out new tools, technologies, and best practices to optimize the CRM system and strategies ,inbound calls and Outbound calls
