Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing customer relationships, improving customer retention, and driving customer satisfaction. This role involves implementing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• CRM System Management:
• Maintain and manage the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Regularly update customer information and segment data for targeted campaigns.
• Customer Engagement:
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Manage customer communication across various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Campaign Planning and Execution:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute CRM campaigns.
• Analyze customer behavior to design personalized outreach initiatives.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Generate and analyze customer insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on CRM performance and customer satisfaction.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align CRM efforts with broader business objectives.
• Provide actionable insights to improve customer lifecycle management.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in CRM management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation and retention strategies is a plus.
