Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain customer databases for effective data tracking and analysis.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues via email and phone promptly and professionally.
• Utilize CRM software to update customer information, interactions, and resolutions.
• Generate reports and analyse data to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service operations.
• Proactively follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer retention strategies.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and documentation.
Skills Required:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in email writing and handling customer queries effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, CRM management, or a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
