Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Sales CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's sales processes through effective use of CRM software. Your role is to ensure that the sales team has access to accurate and up-to-date customer information, enabling them to build strong relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM System Management:
• Maintain and manage the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Regularly update customer and prospect information.
• Implement and manage workflows and processes within the CRM system to streamline sales activities.
• Sales Data Analysis:
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Generate reports and dashboards for the sales team and management.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Track and manage customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and qualification.
• Provide the sales team with relevant customer data and insights to support their sales efforts.
• Coordinate with marketing to align sales and marketing activities.
• Training and Development:
• Train sales staff on CRM best practices and system usage.
• Develop and maintain CRM training materials and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Sales CRM Executive or in a similar role.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attributes:
• Customer-focused with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
