We are hiring for CRM Executive in Diamond industry at Kolkata location.
Job Title: CRM Executive - Diamond Industry
Location: Kolkata (H.O.)
Experience: 3to 5 Years.
Education: Minimum Graduation + Diamond industry (Added Advantage).
Working days and working time : Monday to Saturday and 11 A.M. to 8 P.M.
Gender: Female only
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management:
o Manage the customer database and ensure all information is up-to-date.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, helping to
improve customer retention and loyalty.
o Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and
professional manner.
o Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams,
including production, sales, and logistics.
2. Order Management and Follow-Up:
o Track customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely execution.
o Provide customers with updates on their orders, from manufacturing to shipping.
o Address any issues or delays with orders and communicate resolutions to clients promptly.
3. Client Onboarding:
o Assist in onboarding new customers by providing them with all necessary
information, including product catalogues, pricing, and terms of service.
o Provide training or guidance on how to use online ordering platforms or other
tools if applicable.
4. Sales Support:
o Work closely with the sales team to identify client needs and opportunities
o Support the sales team with customer data and insights to help close deals
and maintain relationships.
o Track sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
5. Customer Feedback and Satisfaction:
o Collect feedback from clients on their experience with products and services.
o Analyse feedback to identify areas for improvement in service quality.
o Ensure that customer complaints or concerns are resolved efficiently
and communicated effectively to management.
6. CRM System Management:
o Maintain and update CRM software with accurate customer data.
o Generate reports from the CRM system to provide insights on customer
interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
o Use CRM analytics to track customer behaviour and recommend strategies
to improve engagement.
7. Client Engagement and Retention:
o Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention, including
loyalty programs, special offers, and personalized communication.
o Organize client engagement activities such as webinars, workshops, or
exclusive product previews.
o Identify key clients and ensure regular communication to nurture the relationship.
8. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
o Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities in the diamond and
solitaires industry.
o Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams based on customer
preferences and competitor behaviour.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in CRM or customer service roles, preferably in the diamond or
luxury goods industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage high-value clients effectively.
• Experience with CRM software (such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms).
