Skill Req (Mandatory) Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer facing role or similar role. Good team player, willing to work in a dynamic and fast paced collaborative environment Good spoken and written English communication skills, Drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of stakeholders Use of positive language, empathy, adaptability, effective listening, high level of attentiveness and ability to take responsibility Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task activities, and manage time effectively Have good hands on with MS Dynamics CRM, Excel VBA, Python and any other programming language Skill Req (Prefered) Familiar with PowerBI, SQL queries is preferred Experience in Customer service organization and or Aftermarket Customer Service experience is prefered Knowledge on data analysis and visualization techniques Basic knowledge of Machine Learning using Python or any other programming language Basic knowledge of Azure Cloud and Sharepoint creation and managing Other Requirment 1. Good with making presentations and keeping track of project progress and summary 2.
