Job Responsibilities-
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support sales initiatives.
• Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to convert them into profitable orders.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer interactions and sales activities to senior management.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, quality control) to ensure customer requirements are met.

Experience:- 3-4 Years
Skill:-(Proficiency in CRM software & interpersonal skills.)
Salary:-15,000 - 25,000(PM)
