POSITION : CRM COORDINATOR
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Coordinator to join our retail jewellery group in Kerala. The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for managing and enhancing our customer relationship management system to ensure exceptional customer service and foster customer loyalty. This role involves coordinating with various departments to implement CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and ensuring the effective use of the CRM software.

CRM System Management
Customer Engagement
Data Analysis
Collaboration
Customer Service
Compliance
Provide Administrative support to CRM team
Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2years
Skills : Proficient using CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
