What you?ll do
Client Success: Be responsible for the assigned clients to have an amazing experience of using the Xeno product by constantly providing the product guidance, resolving issues, consulting to implement the best strategies and help the client read and understand the business level metrics:
Building strong relationships with customers, and serving as the primary point of contact for all their needs.
Ensuring that customers are getting maximum value from the company's products or services, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Proactively identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that customers may have, and working with the appropriate teams within the company to resolve them.
Monitoring customer usage data and analytics to identify trends, and proactively suggesting changes to optimise their experience.
Conducting regular check-ins with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and to gather feedback on how the company can improve.
Creating and delivering presentations or training sessions to help customers understand how to use the company's products or services.
Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer feedback is taken into account in the company's decision-making process.
Account management: Manage the key aspects of an account and maintain account health by forming strong relationships with the client. Conducting periodic reviews with management and ensuring payments are being received on time and doing Upsells.
Analytical insights: Skilled in data interpretation - to be able to understand the client?s data and recommend course of action.
Key skills
Analytical skills: As a campaign manager you will devise marketing plans which are driven by understanding customer level data of each brand.
Communication skills: Excellent writing skills are a prerequisite as you will frequently have to write communications over email explaining various scenarios. Campaign managers also need pristine speaking skills. They have to manage relationships with brands and third parties as well as persuade a non-marketing audience, such as senior-level managers within the organization, of the wisdom of proposed campaigns.
Project management skills: As a campaign manager you will have to work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple campaign plans and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns.
Numerical skills: You will need to acquire data and use it to target selected groups, as well as analyze the success of campaigns. You will have to make projections for clients while presenting the campaign plan to make the client understand the estimated output of the same.
Software Skills: Knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
