CRM complaint/Project

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM Complaint Handler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem- solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our products or services. Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer complaints and issues via phone, email, or in-person Listen to customer concerns and gather information about the issue Investigate the issue and resolve it in a timely and professional manner Escalate complex issues to senior management or other departments as necessary.
• Dealing with contractor and technicians



• Negotiation Skills : Understand market rates and gather information on pricing trends. This knowledge strengthens your position and helps you argue for better rates.
• Contractor Handling Overseeing the day-to-day work of the contractor, including monitoring progress, addressing issues, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Fallow up Establish a schedule for follow-ups with clients and contractors, ensuring that all parties are on the same page.
• Manage all types of queries Related to the project's technical aspects, such as design, specifications, or materials.
• Payment Collection Generate accurate and timely invoices, including all necessary details, such as project scope, payment terms, and payment amounts, Send follow-up invoices to clients who have not made payments on time, with a polite reminder and a clear expectation of when the payment is due.

Experience 4 to 6 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
