Soft Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to present and demo
• Problem solving
• Critical thinker - asking the right questions and able to brainstorm solution
Technical Skills:
• Hands on experience in D365 CRM, data migration, integration
• Experience in Power platform - Canvas apps, POwer BI and POwer automate
• High level Knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, ADF, and Azure.
• High level knowledge of Database management
• Good knowledge in SQL and reporting
Management Skills:
• Ability to work in a team environment - with client and team members
Other Skills:
• Need to work with marketing team to run campaigns
• Need to work as a technical team member in Dynamics projects - client facing or backend
• Create and present demo's as a part of presales activities
• Have to write tech blogs under direction of tech team
