Management)Job Type: Full-timeNo of openings: 01Location: Baner, PuneIndustry: Real Estate preferredEducation: Any graduate or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Experience: 10-15 years:We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) department. The ideal candidate should have experience of handling minimum 3-4 projects at a time. Should have 10-15 years of work experience in site handling, particularly in the post-possession phase. As an AGM - CRM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the post-possession phase of our projects.Roles & Responsibilities:Customer Engagement:Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers who have purchased properties.Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the post-possession phase.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.Project Management:Oversee the management and maintenance of residential properties after possession.Coordinate with the maintenance and facilities teams to ensure the timely resolution of issues reported by customers.Monitor the quality of services provided to residents and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules.Documentation and Compliance:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service requests.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to property management and customer service.Assist in the preparation of legal documents, agreements, and contracts as needed.Complaint Resolution:Handle escalated customer complaints and disputes, striving for fair and satisfactory resolutions.Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve complex issues.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of customer relationship professionals.Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service.Reporting:Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, service delivery, and issue resolution.Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Leadership and team management abilities.Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.A proactive and customer-centric approach to work.Knowledge of ERP Highrise.Interested candidates can share resumes on puja.sonawane@engineershorizon.com or contact 7028444713.Job Type: Full-timePay: From \xe2\x82\xb970,000.00 per monthBenefits:
