Position Overview:
Seeking a School Cricket Head Coach to lead our program, focusing on developing student-athletes' skills and fostering team success.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement training programs, organize practices, manage team selection, and prepare for matches and tournaments. Foster a supportive team environment emphasizing sportsmanship and teamwork. Collaborate with school administration and stakeholders for program coordination.
Qualifications:
Proven coaching experience, strong cricket knowledge, effective communication skills, and ability to motivate young athletes. Coaching certification preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
