: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Crew Trainer to join our dynamic training team. The Crew Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in English proficiency, personality development, and aviation-specific skills to aspiring and current aviation professionals. This role requires a deep understanding of aviation standards, effective communication skills, and a passion for developing talent within the aviation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs focused on English language proficiency, including aviation-specific terminology and communication skills.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on personality development, emphasizing professionalism, customer service, and leadership skills tailored to aviation industry standards.
• Design and implement training modules for technical skills related to aviation operations, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize various instructional techniques and resources to engage participants and maximize learning outcomes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and adjust programs as needed.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and industry professionals to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees, fostering a supportive learning environment conducive to professional growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in aviation-related fields, with a focus on English language training, personality development, and/or technical aviation skills.
• Excellent command of the English language, including aviation-specific terminology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate trainees.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and operational procedures preferred.
• Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and training evaluation methodologies.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in education, aviation, or related fields preferred.
• Flexibility to travel and conduct training sessions at various locations as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
