What does a crew member do?

Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals Prepare all of McDonald's World-Famous food Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun Keep the restaurant Clean and look fantastic mop + broom + dusting and other cleaning activities as per requirement)

All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest.

Salary:

Salary Wages paid per hour (Max hours 208 in a month) above of 208 hours OT will be paid. Salary per hour rate varies from state to state

As per State Shop & Establishment Act

Hiring process

:

1st round of interview with Restaurant Manager. On-job-evaluation (OJE) and if found fit then hired.

Career Development path for Crew

:

Join as Crew, based on performance then get Promoted to Crew Trainer Floor Manager, 2nd Assistant Floor Manager,1st Assistant * Restaurant Manager. This is at the restaurant level.
