Crew Member : McDonald's - CPRL India



McDonald's Restaurants in North & East India are operated by Connaught Plaza Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. Committed to providing the highest quality dining experience, McDonald's in India offers a diverse menu crafted from locally sourced, quality ingredients. Expanding rapidly, McDonald's currently operates nearly 200 Restaurants across North & East India, contributing to direct employment for over 6,500 individuals.

Minimum criteria:

• 18 Years of age or older
• 12th pass.

Description: What does a crew member do?

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
• Prepare all of McDonald's World-Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant Clean and look fantastic mop + broom + dusting and other cleaning activities as per requirement)


All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest.

Salary: Salary Wages paid per hour (Max hours 208 in a month) above of 208 hours OT will be paid. Salary per hour rate varies from state to state

Leave / Holiday: As per State Shop & Establishment Act

Hiring process :

• 1st round of interview with Restaurant Manager.
• On-job-evaluation (OJE) and if found fit then hired.

Career Development path for Crew :

• Join as Crew, based on performance then get
• Promoted to Crew Trainer
• Floor Manager, 2nd Assistant
• Floor Manager,1st Assistant
• Restaurant Manager. This is at the restaurant level.
