Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
• Greet and welcome guests aboard.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide information about ship amenities, schedules, and safety protocols.
Dining Management:
• Oversee dining arrangements, including reservations and seating.
• Coordinate meal services and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Address dietary restrictions and preferences.
Event Coordination:
• Assist in planning and organizing onboard events and activities.
• Ensure events run smoothly, managing logistics and guest participation.
Communication:
• Act as a liaison between guests and other departments (e.g., kitchen, housekeeping).
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Safety and Compliance:
• Familiarize with emergency procedures and safety regulations.
• Ensure that guests are aware of safety protocols.
Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain records of guest preferences and feedback.
• Assist with inventory management for supplies related to hospitality.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other crew members to enhance the guest experience.
• Participate in crew meetings and training sessions.
