Job Role: Credit Relationship Manager (Supply Chain Finance)CTC: 5.5 LPA + IncentivesExperience Required: 3-5 years in managing Supply Chain FinanceLocation: Ahmedabad, GujaratCA Freshers will be preferred on prior basis.Job Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for generating fresh business and on-boarding new Anchors for Supply
Channel Finance/ Vendor Finance/ Dealer Finance.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for leveraging the Tie Ups with Anchors for both fresh business sourcing
as well as maintaining quality existing portfolio.
\xef\x82\xb7 To connect with corporate clients i.e. Their Finance Head / CFO / Director and to
explain them SCF product along with key features and benefits by understanding
client\'s business model.
\xef\x82\xb7 To meet the customers regularly to explore business opportunities and respond to
their queries.
\xef\x82\xb7 To coordinate with customers and respective internal teams for TAT achievement
and tracking.
\xef\x82\xb7 To maintain hygiene of the portfolio by completing renewals on time, Closing
deferrals.
\xef\x82\xb7 To assist customer in routine disbursement tranches and solving their transaction
level queries.
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with cross functional teams i.e. Credit, Operations and accounts to
ensure timely approvals, solving the quires and final disbursement and customer
serving.Desired Skills:
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in managing Supply Chain Finance/Working
Capital facilities in banks / NBFCs.
\xef\x82\xb7 To have decent understanding of various industries, their business model and
market drivers which eventually help in sourcing and converting business effectively.
\xef\x82\xb7 To have basic understanding of financial statements, working capital terminologies
and financial ratios.
\xef\x82\xb7 Candidates should have handled a portfolio of Supply Chain Finance / Working
Capital Facilities for Mid and Large Corporates.
\xef\x82\xb7 Should have good command over language (Hindi & English)) and having good
business communication.
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be good at Pre-sanction and post sanction documentation.
