Role Description
1. Collection Performance: Achieving collection targets and objectives set by the seniors, such as reducing outstanding fund, improving collection rates, minimizing defaults
2. Delayed Fund Recovery: Overseeing negotiations and settlements with late paying customers, establishing repayment plans, and working to recover outstanding funds
3. Availability Management: Monitor day-to-day availability, including, providing availability on respective platforms for hold/booking, and release to ensure timely
4. Associates and Customer Service: Ensuring effective and respectful communication with associates and customers, providing assistance, addressing inquiries or concerns
5. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with associates, customers, and internal departments to foster collaboration and maintain positive associates and customer experiences
6. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant RERA Agreements, JDA Patta procedures, home loan guidelines and rules and regulations of company regarding hold/booking/release of plots and payment including maintaining appropriate documentation, as well as staying updated on legal requirements and best practices to minimize legal risks
7. Reporting and Analysis: Generating regular reports on collection performance, analyzing data and trends, identifying areas for improvement, and providing insights to senior to support decision-making and strategy formulation
8. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluating and enhancing fund and documents collection processes to increase efficiency, reduce delay rates, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the fund and documents collection function
9. Team Management: Overseeing and leading a team of township managers, setting performance goals, providing guidance and support, conducting performance evaluations, and building a high-performing and motivated team
10. Training and Development: Providing training to township managers as well as team, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively carry out their roles and meet collection targets
11. Any other works assigned by the seniors
Excellent communication skills

• MBA in Finance
Salary
• Up to 4 LPA
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
