Job Title: Trainee Credit Officer

Department /Group: Micro banking

Location: Pan Jharkhand

Grade/Salary Range: Trainee Executive/1.26 LPA to 1.52 LPA

Reporting Manager Branch Head/ Asst. Branch Manager



Roles & Responsibility:

Identify and approach potential clients for microfinance services.

Conduct field visits to evaluate potential clients' creditworthiness.

Collect and verify loan applications, supporting documents, and customer information.

Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines during the loan application process.

Conduct financial analysis of applicants' income, expenses, and repayment capacity.

Educate customers about the loan process, repayment terms, and financial literacy.

Monitor loan disbursements and conduct regular Centre Meetings to ensure timely repayments

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to track loan utilization and repayment progress.

Identify and resolve cases of overdue loans, including recovery activities.

Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Maintain accurate and updated client records and loan files.

Skills Required:

Good understanding with loan software applications.

Understanding of KYC documents

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Well versed in local language and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using TABs and computers.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Education Intermediate/Graduate in any discipline.

Age Limit - 18 - 32 years

Important Points to remember;

Candidates have to appear for written test followed by PI.

Candidates age limit shall be between 18 - 32 years only.

At the time of interview candidates must bring their updated CV & AADHAR & PAN CARD.

Candidates must have Driving License/Learner's License & a bike (As they shall be eligible for 32 litres of fuel per month).
