Role Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Credit Officer to assess and manage loan applications. The ideal candidate will analyze creditworthiness, ensure compliance with lending policies, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and process loan applications while adhering to CreditSea's policies.

- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess creditworthiness.

- Approve or recommend loans based on sound judgment and company standards.

- Coordinate with the Sanction Head to finalize loan approvals.

- Ensure timely disbursals and maintain accurate records of loan transactions.

- Monitor repayment schedules and flag potential risks or delinquencies.

- Communicate with customers regarding loan terms, repayments, and queries.

- Stay updated on lending regulations and market trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or in a similar role (preferably in personal loans or NBFCs).

- Strong understanding of financial analysis and lending procedures.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

- Proficient in MS Office and loan management software.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
