- The incumbent will be engaging with the Credit Head to work on the new changes in Education Loan market dynamics for overseas and domestic segmentRoles & Responsibilities__Specific Responsibilities:__
- Working on areas of improvement in existing process and suggesting process changes resulting into improvement in efficiency
- Monitoring and Driving Metrics on TAT, Vendor TAT, FTNR, FTAR, RAL along with publishing of relevant, timely and accurate MIS
- Monitoring and Publishing of Productivity for on roll and off roll employees
- Working on areas of process improvement/efficiency, automation
- Managing timely reverts for Audits and sharing the learnings to the team
- Monitoring and publishing of Channel and Marketing cuts MIS for monitoring and learning
- Coordinating with risk team for getting MIS will all relevant cuts on portfolio monitoring
- Vendor management and monitoring resulting into improvement in efficiency and efficacyEligibility__Experience :__
3 4 yrs of experience in unsecured lending product. Must have worked in credit/ credit modelling with a Bank/ NBFC in Education Loan space. Experience in credit strategy will be preferred.__Technical Skill sets :__- Proficient in MS excel and MS Power Point
- Exceptional analytical abilities and a strong working knowledge of credit underwriting and Risk management practices.
