Job Description
Credit Assessment
\xef\x82\xb7 Appraise/Underwrite the loans within defined policy guidelines and accordingly recommend to
appropriate authority for approval.
\xef\x82\xb7 Thorough checking of the application file as per the laid down policy/process guidelines
\xef\x82\xb7 Assess the income, ability, intention and credit behavior of the applicant and verify documents and
reference checks, bureau checks, along with the customer due diligence
\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding the nature of business of the applicant(s), identifying risk associated and ascertaining
the revenue stream
\xef\x82\xb7 Evaluate all the credit risk parameters and implement measures to mitigate the same
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare the credit approval memo and manage the overall TAT and approval rate.
Credit Monitoring
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure strict adherence to the laid down policy and process
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure portfolio quality
\xef\x82\xb7 Periodic monitoring of Exception approvals/Reject analysis and inference.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure Credit Quality and maintain the Credit Cost under control
