Role Description The Credit Manager role at Roha Housing Finance is a full-time hybrid role in Karnal that permits some remote work. The Credit Manager will be required to manage credit applications, make appropriate loan recommendations, and implement sound credit policies and procedures. The day-to-day tasks will also include underwriting, managing multiple portfolios and the credit control team, and assessing the creditworthiness of potential customers while monitoring and evaluating existing customer credit status. Qualifications Master\'s degree in Finance or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in credit risk management, underwriting, portfolio management, or other closely related roles within the financial industry Extensive knowledge of regulatory policies and procedures, and underwriting guidelines in compliance with the Reserve Bank of India, National Housing Bank, Income tax, and other regulatory agencies Ability to multi-task and manage multiple portfolio assessments Experience with credit software and portfolio management systems Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make effective credit recommendations
