Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Credit Manager with a strong background in managing credit assessments and approvals for machinery loans, SME loans, and project finance. The ideal candidate will possess advanced financial knowledge and analytical skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of credit risk management in banking, NBFCs, or private finance sectors. This role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Credit Assessment:
• Conduct detailed credit assessments for machinery loans, SME loans, and project finance applications.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and other relevant documents to evaluate creditworthiness.
• Risk Management:
• Assess and mitigate credit risks associated with loan applications, considering industry trends, market conditions, and borrower profiles.
• Recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies and loan structures.
• Loan Structuring:
• Structure financing deals tailored to the needs of machinery loans, SME loans, and project finance, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Project Finance Oversight:
• Manage project finance transactions from inception to completion, including financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and preparing comprehensive credit proposals.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare detailed project reports, cash flow analyses, and financial forecasts for internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Present findings and recommendations to credit committees and senior leadership.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure all loan documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to credit management.
• Relationship Management:
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, external clients, financial institutions, and legal advisors to facilitate smooth loan processing and approvals.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent. CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in credit management within banks, NBFCs, or private finance institutions, with a focus on machinery loans, SME loans, and project finance.
• Proven track record in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and loan structuring.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues in the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification in Credit Analysis or Risk Management (e.g., CFA, FRM) is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?120,000.00 per month
