Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Credit Executive with a strong background in finance and banking to join our esteemed organization. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6 Month+ of experience in Cash Credit limit (CC), Overdrafts limit (OD), and Term Loans limit, along with at least 6 Month of experience in CPA or Credit management. The Credit Person will play a critical role in driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Team Leadership:

Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and provide coaching to enhance the team's productivity and skills.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and a customer-centric approach.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region, understanding their requirements and providing excellent customer service.

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduation qualifications are mandatory.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Cash Credit limit (CC), Overdrafts limit (OD), and Term Loans limit is required.

At least 6 Month of experience in Working capital, Term loan ,CC OD Product

Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a sales team.

Strong business acumen and understanding of financial products and services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
