Good understanding of end-to-end OTC process cycle (esp. Debt collection & customer dispute management). Good understanding of Cash Applications. Should have experience in Customer account reconciliation and conversant with Order to Cash SAP application. Excellent communications skills. SAP experience is must to have. Experience : Should have 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a F&A BPO with regular degree (No Correspondence/Distance Eductation) or any other industry in Finance & Accounting field.
