Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Credit Control & Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with expertise in credit control, customer reconciliation, customer communication, banking, finance, and LC (Letter of Credit) management. The candidate must hold an MBA in Finance and be a Chartered Accountant (CA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Control:
• Develop and implement credit control systems to minimize financial risks.
• Conduct regular credit reviews of existing and potential customers.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and manage the credit terms.
• Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards.
• Customer Reconciliation:
• Oversee customer account reconciliation to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Resolve discrepancies and disputes in customer accounts efficiently.
• Prepare and present reconciliation reports to the management.
• Customer Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding their accounts.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments and satisfaction.
• Banking and Finance:
• Manage the company's banking relationships and transactions.
• Oversee cash flow management, ensuring liquidity and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with banks for financing needs and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• LC Management:
• Handle all aspects of LC management, including issuance, amendments, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and banks to facilitate smooth LC transactions.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to credit control and customer accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• MBA in Finance / CA
• Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in credit control, customer reconciliation, and Banking management.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
