Job Summary:
Fab Mediatech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our Credit Card Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, pitching, and selling credit card products to potential customers. This role requires an energetic, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Promotion: Actively promote and educate customers on the benefits and features of the credit cards offered by the company.
Lead Generation: Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into successful credit card applications.
Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customer's in-person, over the phone, or through digital channels to understand their needs and offer appropriate credit card products.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity and provide daily/weekly reports to the sales manager.
Market Research: Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements when handling customer information.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in credit card or financial products.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a proven record of accomplishment of meeting sales targets.
Familiarity with credit card products or financial services is a plus.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
