:

Responsibilities :

1. Document Verification:

• Verify all loan application documents and ensure correctness.
• Generate PDF files of verified documents for recordkeeping.
• Scan missing documents at HO when branches fail to provide them.

2. Data Entry and Compliance

• Input verified data into the loan application system.
• Perform CIBIL checks and credit appraisals for applicants and co-applicants.

3. Tele-Verifications

• Conduct telephonic verifications for applicants, co-applicants, and references.

4. Field Investigations

• Initiate and oversee the field investigation (FI) process for shortlisted cases.
• Analyze and correlate FI reports with other data for comprehensive case assessment.

5. Loan Approval and Disbursement

• Communicate approved cases and required documents in WhatsApp groups.
• Generate loan agreements in the software, including filling insurance details.
• Create digital signature invite links and initiate ECS procedures.

6. Physical File Management

• Verify physical files against checklist points and raise issues, if any, in WhatsApp groups.
• Prepare and maintain physical files post-loan disbursement.

7. Branch and Sales Support

• Resolve login queries raised by branch employees.
• Address eligibility or document-related queries from the sales team.

8. CKYC Compliance Tasks

• Handle C-KYC uploads in the government portal as both maker and checker.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Total: 2-5 years of experience in credit appraisal, loan processing, or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of credit appraisal and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in loan management software and government portals like C-KYC.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to interpret and correlate data for informed decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
