Job Role:Credit and risk management of the India retail loans (AG & CE) portfolio.Retail underwriting and portfolio management.Review of Credit policy & guidelines and drive adherence to the policy with all relevant teams.Manage various stakeholders - internal i.e. credit, sales, and collections and external i.e. customers, vendors, and regulators.\xc2\xb7 Evaluate credit proposals for retail and strategic customers for Agriculture & Construction Equipment Financing.\xc2\xb7 Analysis and evaluation of financials statements.\xc2\xb7 Interaction with Strategic Customers & understanding of the business & explore business opportunities.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for customer and dealer visits and sharing market information and feedback with other team members.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the application process from login to approval.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for turnaround time management.\xc2\xb7 Monitoring of portfolio quality and Delinquencies with collections & Sales team for weekly/monthly reviews.\xc2\xb7 Monitoring of regular credit control meetings.\xc2\xb7 Preparation of MIS \xe2\x80\x93 multiple reports for weekly and monthly flash.\xc2\xb7 Policy reviews basis industry & market feedback.Ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulations.\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of credit underwriting, risk management, and related processes.\xc2\xb7 Experience in construction equipment finance or SME / MSME sectors.\xc2\xb7 Expertise in understanding of bureau/Credit reports.\xc2\xb7 Expertise in Data reporting, stratification, segmentation, and Analysis.\xc2\xb7 Exposure to Captive finance especially in Agriculture and Construction segments would be a plus.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly communicate with various stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Understanding of overall NBFC business and its functions\xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work under pressure, work independently and proactively.\xc2\xb7 Language Requirement(s): English\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above in finance, business, accounting, or related fields\xc2\xb7 4 to 8 years of relevant experience
