:

  • Schedule appropriate training sessions for new and existing employees
  • Stay updated with the best training methods and modules
  • Plan and implement an effective training curriculum
  • Prepare hard copy training materials such as presentations, video module
  • Should train freshers in a batch-wise manner
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs for all employees
  • Review training needs monthly
  • Schedule and perform pre and post-training assessments and monitor progress
Job Requirements:
  • Has experience in training and documenting training programs
  • Excellent knowledge of US healthcare and familiarity with credentialing process would be preferred.
  • Must have experience in training multiple and large batches
  • Should have clear understanding of the trainer role and must have proven coaching abilities
  • Experience in creating and developing training content such as modules and process SOPs
Desired Profile:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer in a BPO/Consultant Firm.
  • Experience in US Healthcare and/or Credentialing would be preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build and maintain strong and effective customer and internal relationships.
  • Well versed in Soft Skills and training methodologies
  • Proficient in English language - both written and verbal.
  • Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques
Other Requirements:
  • Must be working as a Process Trainer
  • Good with MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work independently & prioritise multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment.
