Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the credentialing department to ensure proper documentation and compliance for healthcare professionals.
Support the onboarding process by maintaining employee records and ensuring all credentials are up to date.
Serve as a liaison between the healthcare staff and company, providing timely assistance in resolving any HR-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations, especially concerning credentialing standards.
