We are searching for a highly-creative digital marketing manager to lead our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand\xe2\x80\x99s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Educational Qualification: BCA / MCA / B.SC - IT / B.E. /Masters in (Marketing) Roles and Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, Marketing database, Social media, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing and display advertising campaigns. \xef\x82\xb7 Design, build and maintain our social media presence \xef\x82\xb7 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) \xef\x82\xb7 Up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing and well aware of areas like CRM, SEO, SMO, Social media marketing, email marketing, Facebook Campaigns, Instagram Campaigns etc. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. \xef\x82\xb7 Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. \xef\x82\xb7 Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in working with globally distributed virtual teams and working in onsite-offshore model with the candidate having been on the client-side, acting as a liaison between client and offshore development teams. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintaining and presenting weekly, monthly, and annual reports \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners \xef\x82\xb7 Should be able to guide graphic designers for high quality and convincing visuals \xef\x82\xb7 Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Desired Candidate Profile \xef\x82\xb7 A minimum of 5 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position \xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns \xef\x82\xb7 Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels \xef\x82\xb7 Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) \xef\x82\xb7 Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints \xef\x82\xb7 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking \xef\x82\xb7 Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement \xef\x82\xb7 Design creative content for online platforms & website updates.
