JD: Creative writer/visualizer and production manager

Working Days : 5.5 Days (Sat Rotational off)

Looking for a Creative writer/visualizer and production manager for the corporate and learning video content development. You will be a part of the team specialized in creating explainer motion graphic, 2D character, 3D Animation, educational video, corporate Ad film etc. across the industries IT, aviation, Pharma, Automobile, ELearning, Manufacturing, Publication, hospitality, finance etc.

Experience of storyboarding and sketching would add on and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings for project brief and able to understand and convert client

messaging/scripts into a video.

• Pitching directly to our client, you'll be shaping and selling concepts and delivering the distinctive

product.

• You will be writing audio and visual scripts, visualizing out of the box treatment and creating

detailed production design of the video as per the client brief and

requirements.

•Creating video's production designs, mood board, log sheets for the execution of any video

production.

• You'll create not just what the client asked for but what their

campaign needs, producing beautifully designed decks that are in line with

the project's objectives and requirements.

• Researching and gathering useful information and writing relevant

content as per the style, tone, and requirements.

• Managing and arranging video shoots production pan India.

• Dealing and arranging vendors (photographers, videographers, line production, equipment

vendors etc.)

• Explaining the brief to production team and get it done the work.

• Responsible for attending and directing the video shoot as per the approved script & production

design.

• Evaluate the project, prepare cost sheets. Deliver the project with in approved cost and timeline.

• Get it done work from the production and post production team to

deliver quality work to the client within given timelines.

• Trace the projects progress as per the given millstone and benchmark and

assess the risk in advance, in case of any.

• Handle client escalations efficiently.

• Motivate the team and problem solving.

• Handling & setting up the team as per the project requirements.

• Open for traveling locally and outstation for the client meetings and video shoots.

• As part of the team for one of our A-list clients, you'll be

collaborating with animators, editors, production crew as well as with PMs,

operations managers, clients and other talents.

• Responsible for directing the post production team and getting work done.

• Working on multiple projects at once, you go above and beyond each brief to push what's

possible on both a creative and technical level.

• Whether it's through programmatic targeting or dynamic content, your job is to get the right

message across to the right audience(s).

• You would be responsible for delivery of the final QC video to the client.

Skills

• Excellent command on English language both speaking and writing.

• Comfortable working under stringent timelines and a goal-based approach.

• You have proven experience creating effective concepts corporate film, animation and imagery.

• You're equally capable and confident in working for high-end brands: you're looking for high-

quality projects and aren't afraid of tight turnarounds.

• You can produce concepts from scratch and enhance ideas provided by others.

• You have a proven ability to tackle the same idea from a wide variety of angles, easily creating

concepts for A/B test.

• You know how to maintain a positive vibe and can inspire coworkers to go the extra mile,

wherever they are in the world.

• Bonus round: If candidate has Hands-on creation skills in sketching, drawing and illustration.

Educational qualification: Masters in English or creative writing and direction.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
