Position Type: Full-timeResponsibilities: * Lead and manage the art team to develop visually stunning and innovative digital designs across platforms such as websites, social media, and digital ads.

• Drive the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring the highest standards of design and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to craft integrated digital campaigns.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
• Ensure that all designs are optimized for various digital platforms, focusing on user experience, functionality, and visual appeal.

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.

• 6-8 years of experience in art direction and digital design, with a focus on leading teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print designs with strong leadership and creative vision.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with digital design principles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and defend creative concepts to clients and internal teams.

Skills:

• Primary: Leadership, art direction, digital design expertise, creative concept development, team management, strong visual storytelling.
• Secondary: Experience with motion graphics, animation, video editing, CMS familiarity, SEO and digital marketing knowledge, proficiency in social media content strategies.
