Job Description


Knya is Indiaxe2x80x99s leading online medical apparel brand. The brand was founded in 2021 by the husband-wife duo, Vanshika and Abhijeet Kaji. The vision of Knya is to fill in the gap of functional and fashionable medical apparel for the medical industry across the country at multiple levels.Knya has raised seed funding, led by DSG Consumer Partners, with participation from the promoter family of Narayana Health and Cipla Health amongst others. Since its inception, Knya products have been delivered to 900+ cities and 200+ medical institutes across India.The RoleYou will be responsible for :

  • Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.
  • Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.
  • Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy.
  • Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media.
  • Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches.
  • Guiding the Advertising & Promotion budget.
  • Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
  • Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction.
  • Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.
  • Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.
  • Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localise communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
  • Generating engaging content for thought leadership pieces, websites, social platforms and marketing collateral.
  • Managing a team of 1-5 people.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 3 years experience ideally in Brand Marketing / Brand Manager or Marketing Communications within Internet and Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Experience within would be a strong advantage.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
