Job Title: Creative Strategist Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Creative Strategist. The Creative Strategist will be responsible for developing innovative and effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that align with our brand objectives and resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and creative storytelling techniques. Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic marketing plans and campaign strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Creative Concept Development:
  • Generate creative concepts, ideas, and themes for marketing campaigns, activations, and content initiatives.
  • Translate strategic insights and brand positioning into compelling creative briefs and campaign proposals.
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and experiential.
  • Work closely with creative teams, copywriters, designers, and vendors to bring campaign concepts to life.
  • Content Strategy:
  • Develop content strategies and editorial calendars to guide the creation and distribution of engaging and relevant content across digital platforms.
  • Identify storytelling opportunities and develop narratives that resonate with target audiences and reinforce brand messaging.
  • Measurement and Optimization:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, derive actionable insights, and make recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Client Collaboration:
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and creative solutions to address their marketing challenges and achieve their business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, collaboration, and delivery of high-quality work.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or creative strategy roles, preferably in an agency or brand environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and campaigns.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, design, and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
