Company Description: We are a fast-growing creative first performance marketing agency based in Ahmedabad. We help fast-growing eCommerce/D2C brands create scroll-stopping ads that convert and also managing paid media for them.

Role Description: We are looking for a Creative Strategist who will own the end-to-end creative output engine for our static and video ad campaigns for our clients. Your mission will be to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by creating winning ad creatives at scale for our clients. This role demands a combination of creative ideation, analytical thinking, and awesome copywriting skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Ideation & Analysis:

• Conceptualise new ad ideas and formats to test across major social channels
• Analyse past winning and non-winning ads to identify patterns and replicate success.
• Research competitors and explore novel ad formats from different industries to diversify and enhance creative strategies.

Copywriting & Script Writing:

• Strong copywriting skills are non-negotiable--this role requires a creative strategist who can write compelling scripts and ad copies.
• Leverage AI tools to scale creative production without compromising quality.
• Deliver scripts and copy that resonate with the target audience and convert them into customers.

Production:

• Coordinate with stakeholders (designers, video editors, production team) to ensure the smooth execution of shoots and other creative outputs.
• Provide creative direction during shoots to bring your vision to life.

Editing & Finalisation:

• Partner with video editors to produce polished and impactful final outputs.
• Review, refine, and iterate based on performance metrics.

Experimentation & Innovation:

• Embrace an experimentation mindset: be ready to test any logical ad format that has potential.
• Stay ahead of trends by integrating AI tools and techniques into the creative process to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Trend Spotting : Stay updated on platform-specific trends, ad formats, and algorithm updates (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
• Incorporate emerging trends into creative strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs )

Reduced CAC : Lower Customer Acquisition Cost through high-performing ad creatives. Winning Creative Ratio: Increase the percentage of ad formats that consistently outperform benchmarks. Speed of Execution : Efficiently take ideas from concept to final output at scale.

Required Skills:

Copywriting:

• Exceptional writing skills are a must-have.
• If you don't have prior experience in writing content, this role will not be suitable for you.
• Experimentation Mindset: An open and creative approach to testing new formats and ideas.
• Willingness to explore unconventional ad formats logically and strategically.
• AI Integration : Comfort with using AI tools to streamline creative processes and scale production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
