Maverick Studios is the in-house creative agency at Inspire Brands in Atlanta, GA. Our award-winning work in Creative, Account Management and Production Services has a sustained and positive effect in all the 6 iconic brands at Inspire and supports their commitment to innovation and creativity.

  • Join Maverick Studios (the in-house creative and production agency at Inspire Brands) at their new satellite office/studio in Hyderabad, India
  • Support Inspire Brands family of brands inclusive of Arbys, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin, Jimmy Johns, Sonic Drive-In and the International Team by creating and nurturing long-term relationships and business with our fellow brands and shared services teams.

POSITION SUMMARY

Maverick Studios is looking for a Creative Services Operations Manager who will operate as the liaison betweenMaverick Studios (US) in Atlanta, GA and Maverick Studios (India) in Hyderabadto work with the Creative Services and Client Relations teams to deliver outstanding work within a timely manner. If you enjoy working in a highly collaborative and efficient work environment, this role just might be the perfect fit.The Creative Services Operations Manager role will oversee creative project workflow to help drive projects through the studio. They are responsible for coordinating resources, schedules, and project deliverables to ensure on-time, accurate, and on-budget deliverables.

Success in this role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships, establishing best practices and processes, core traffic management skills, knowledge across multiple marketing channels, and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. This role demands an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and self-motivated.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the liaison between Maverick Studios (US) and Maverick Studios (India).
  • Manage daily workloads and assignments to ensure that projects are assigned to the correct team member based on skillsets and bandwidth.
  • Utilize and optimize Workfront as a workflow management tool.
  • Ensure everyone is well-informed about timelines, goals, and key milestones.
  • Anticipate, identify, and troubleshoot potential issues that may disrupt work schedules.
  • Coordinate simultaneous plans across a variety of brands and projects.
  • Manage, schedule, and facilitate weekly resourcing meetings with Creative and Project Management teams, leading prioritization discussions and mitigating risks.
  • Develop solutions for workflow delays and interface with Maverick Studios (US) Client Relations and Creative Services Teams.
  • Oversee studio scheduling for timely delivery of resources and assets.
  • Monitor studios schedules: OTO, Sick Time, Unforeseen Delays
  • Track new, ongoing, and planned projects.
  • Help leadership team to identify gaps in staffing/resources needs.
  • Monitor/report utilization status and insights to upper management.
  • Ensure Creative Services team keeps their project queues updated in Workfront.
  • Intricate knowledge of Maverick Studios processes and workflow management tool.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 4 Years / Bachelors Degree
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or related fields and/or experience working in a brand marketing role or agency environment.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
  • 4+ Years Preferred
  • Minimum 3-4 years spent in a traffic and/or project management role within an advertising/marketing agency or in-house creative team.
  • Experience using Project Management software; experience with Workfront is a plus.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities/initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage and grow direct reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear, effective, and concise written and oral skills to all levels of the business
  • Solution-orientated, complex problem solver, adaptable to change and shifting priorities with the upmost professionalism.
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically; ability to conceptualize and execute projects and find answers to questions before they are asked.
  • Consistently displays a high level of ownership, self-motivation, initiative and follow through.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to scope and schedule changes.
  • Familiar with the processes and work of a creative/design and print production work environment
  • Tacit knowledge of workflow process design and workflow software management preferred.
