We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Reel Video Editor to join our team! The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging, visually stunning short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media channels. You will play a key role in translating our brand's vision into captivating reels that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality, engaging video reels for social media platforms.
• Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, and effects to elevate the visual appeal of content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm ideas and align with brand messaging.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and content styles to ensure relevance and impact.
• Optimize videos for mobile viewing and ensure they meet platform-specific requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain organized project files and deliver assets in required formats.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of short-form content and reels.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Strong storytelling and visual design skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their video specifications (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

Preferred Skills:

• Photography and videography experience.
• Experience with color grading and sound design.
• Knowledge of viral trends and cultural moments.
