Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Producer to join our dynamic team at Pitaara TV. As a Producer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, developing, and executing high-quality Punjabi television content. Your responsibilities will include scriptwriting, pre-production, production, and post-production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scriptwriting: Develop engaging and creative scripts for various television formats, including shows, documentaries, and short films.
• Pre-Production: Oversee pre-production activities such as location scouting, casting, and budgeting.
• Production: Manage production teams, coordinate shoots, and ensure smooth execution of the production process.
• Post-Production: Collaborate with the editing team to finalize the content, including adding sound effects, music, and graphics.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process.
• Liaison: Coordinate with various departments, including marketing, sales, and finance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the TV or radio industry
• Strong command of the Punjabi language, both written and spoken
• Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling skills
• Passion for Punjabi culture and entertainment
