This position works within the Multichannel Marketing and Innovation team and is responsible to conceptualise, create and execute on marketing communications and digital content via various channels to support the Marketing Strategies of our Medtronic Operating Units and Asia Region Led Markets. A Day in the Life

• Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned.
• In-house creative expert that supports internal clients to develop on-brand, printed and digital marketing materials such as brochures, PowerPoint presentations, animation and video to drive business results internally and externally.
• Produces promotional content for marketing campaigns including social, edm, web, video, animations, paid sponsorship content and convention graphics
• Evaluates and modifies promotion or advertising programs.
• Prepares and/or approves all technical and artistic phases of the finished promotional material.
• Consults with company management, product managers, sales department, and advertising agencies to develop and implement creative approach and execution.
• May perform, coordinate, or oversee activities such as layout and creative of sales campaigns, internet promotions, copywriting and booth graphics.
• Ensures on a consistent basis that high-quality work is delivered on time and on budget.
• May manage third party design agencies and/or consultants in support of business objectives.
• Work within and actively promote Medtronic\xe2\x80\x99s Mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.
• Comply with Medtronic\xe2\x80\x99s Finance and Legal policies and procedures, respond to both Internal and External Audit enquiries in a timely manner, and ensure follow-up on Action Items to address Audit recommendations.
• All activities must be performed in compliance with the local Quality System.
• Performs duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies or governmental regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Travel requirement: Less than 10%

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat and Adobe Creative Suite
• Advanced video creation and editing capability
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of software.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager or other CMS system
• Knowledge of Eloqua EDM platform viewed favourably
• Social Media platforms & HTML
• Knowledge of TGA Advertising code viewed favourably
• Creative agency experience viewed favourably
• Ability to work cross regions
