Location: Bangalore : Creative Manager/Head Experience: 5-6 years Job Overview: The Creative Manager/ Creative Head will be responsible for guiding and directing creative projects by developing a big-picture vision and brand guidelines. They oversee every stage of the creative process, approving artwork, strategy and other project elements. Candidate will be primarily responsible for generating engaging concepts and should be able to visualize the concept. They should be creating high-quality designs for display banners, website banners, and social media by creating graphics including creative\xe2\x80\x99s, illustrations, and templates backed by strong conceptualization that can convey the client marketing objective. Additionally, the candidate must possess the ability to lead a team of graphic and creative designers and hold responsibility for the collective outcome and growth of the design team. Incorporating new ideas and designs that are competitive in the highly competitive industry of digital marketing is a must. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. Responsibilities: Have a keen eye for detail and must be able to visualize Should be able to understand the clients requirements Identify, Develop and oversee the vision and concept behind creative projects. Align creative departments and management with their ideas. Understand business objectives and client needs, adjusting projects accordingly. Create and enforce design and branding guidelines. Manage budgets and project resources. Meet with creative teams to brainstorm and share ideas. Approve artwork, strategies and other project decisions design input and requirements whenever needed. Meet with clients to discuss project scope and direction. Creating storyboards, mock-ups, and concept ideation for clients. Briefing the project outline and timelines to the team and ensuring deadlines are met. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. Develop creatives backed by a strong concept Check in with teams to evaluate progress and provide additional materials. Study design briefs and determine requirements. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Requirement: Advanced knowledge with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel draw, After effects and other video editing software, CAD Tools) Proven experience of creating immersive and engaging creative\xe2\x80\x99s and coming out with new concepts In-depth knowledge of art, design and branding principles. Ability to create and maintain a creative vision through project stages. Experience leading creative teams and bringing in and streamlining existing guidelines. Familiar with the latest art and design trends and best practices. Extensive knowledge in artistic and visual design. Proven success in crafting and executing brand strategies. Prior experience serving in a leadership role for larger projects. Understanding of design thinking and UX design principles. Knowledge of coding languages and online marketing tools. Experience in copywriting, photography, graphic design and other creative areas. Financial and business savvy. Proven graphic designing experience. Ability to resolve complex design and communications into a digital platform. A strong portfolio of creatives/videos in advertising or marketing agencies.
