Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for a talented and visionary SME, Creative Marketing for our Local Marketing Solutions (LMS) division. The Local Marketing Solutions (LMS) division specializes in bringing Data Axle\'s offerings to small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in USA, which is a key market that the company has specialized in for over 50 years. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of directing the creative strategy in a marketing function, overseeing the production process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and on-brand advertising creative materials across digital and traditional media.
  • Develop and maintain the overall creative vision and brand identity, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing channel leaders, sales, and product teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging strategies, and translate them into compelling advertising creatives.
  • Direct the development of marketing collateral spanning digital, print, social media, video, experiential, and other channels, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
  • Direct the creative process, from concept development and storyboarding to design, copywriting, and production.
  • Review and approve creative concepts, designs, and final deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of creative strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Manage and direct a 2-3 persons in-house team of graphic designers, copywriters, and other specialists to conceptualize and produce creative assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Manage external creative agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative marketing, and leverage insights to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an in-house marketing environment, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in developing advertising creatives for B2B lead generation campaigns across multiple channels. Online / digital advertising experience is a must.
  • Expertise in graphic design, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling, with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Wordpress content management system experience, a plus.
  • Exceptional creative vision and strategic thinking to translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts for B2B advertising.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts effectively to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple creative projects.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and branding principles.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and foster positive working relationships across departments.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field; Master\'s degree is a plus
