Job Description


Your Role: As the Creative Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and elevating our brand identity, driving user engagement, and creating memorable experiences across all touch points. You will lead a talented creative team and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. Your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including social media marketing, owned media content, brand design, community management, performance marketing creative. Key Responsibilities: Create original content that aligns with the brand\'s voice, captures moment marketing, cultural trends, and user insights. Identify and leverage opportunities for influencer marketing collaborations. Focus on metrics, organic growth, and user engagement Craft creative strategies for push notifications, email marketing, and newsletters. Tailor content based on business priorities and past performance. Create high-converting, innovative performance creatives aligned with business priorities, category marketing, and brand campaigns. Work with brand team for key campaign GTM and surround content Be the custodian and develop a unique and distinct brand design language. Develop a comprehensive end-to-end branded service design playbook. Who are we looking for: Min. 3 years of experience working at/with creative teams of advertising / social / content creation agencies, publications or brands, love skincare products, data, content and brand building
