Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Creative Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts and themes for event decoration and floral arrangements that align with client preferences and event objectives.
Execution Oversight: Lead the execution of d cor projects, including floral installations, venue styling, table settings, and stage d cor, ensuring high-quality delivery within deadlines.
Collaboration: Work closely with event management companies/agencies, clients, and vendors to understand requirements, provide design recommendations, and ensure seamless execution of d cor elements.
Design Leadership: Provide creative direction to a team of decorators and designers, guiding them in creating cohesive and visually appealing event environments.
Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors, florists, and suppliers to source materials, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality standards are met.
Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients to present design proposals, address feedback, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and track expenses to achieve cost-effective yet impactful d cor solutions.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor;s degree or diploma in Design, Event Management, Fine Arts, or related fields. A qualification from NIFT/NID (National Institute of Fashion Technology/National Institute of Design) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in event decoration, floral d cor, or related fields, preferably with event management companies or agencies.
Portfolio: Showcase of previous work demonstrating creativity in event decoration, floral designs, and venue transformations.
Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and practical knowledge of floral arrangement techniques and materials.
Attributes: Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
