Job Description


  • We are looking for a full-time, in-house Creative Lead with exceptional design skills and a creative mindset to lead our brand elevation efforts.
  • As the Creative Lead, you will bring a strong creative vision to the table while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the brand marketing team in ideation, conceptualization, design, and execution of key campaigns (TVC/PRINT/DIGITAL/VIDEO).Develop Key Visuals and Promotion Campaigns, executing narratives in visually compelling ways to drive marketing objectives.Design and develop marketing collaterals for digital, social, and offline projects across the portfolio.Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to execution, ensuring high-quality and cohesive visual storytelling.Provide direction to the creative team, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of creativity and align with the client's vision.Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders and agencies regarding design projects.Visualize social ideas in collaboration with the Brand Team, creating designs, videos, and animations to bring them to life.Work with production houses for external video/film creations from concept to execution.Interpret creative direction and translate creative briefs into persuasive design concepts.Manage multiple projects concurrently.Opportunity to work with a market-leading FMCG brand|Opportunity to drive the creative function of the brandA successful Creative Lead should have:Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects is a must.Knowledge of AI tools in design10 years of graphic design and video animation experience with an advertising agency, social media agency, or internal creative team of a brand.Strong command of software tools: Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Corel Draw, Google Suite, MS Office (Proficiency in 3D design skills and tools is a plus).Degree, diploma, or postgraduate degree in graphic design, coupled with relevant work experience.Fluent in spoken and written English.Robust portfolio showcasing graphics, illustrations, animations, videos, conceptual thinking, layout design, color usage, typography, and overall design skills.Comfortable working with both print and digital mediums, with knowledge of print artwork.Interest and understanding of various digital platforms.Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.Familiarity with social media marketing best practices.3-4 years of demonstrated experience in Art Direction, Visualization and Team Management.The company is a globally recognized entity in the FMCG industry with few marquee brands under its name
