unique, trend-setting, and market-leading lab-grown diamond jewellery collections. You will play a
pivotal role in defining the aesthetic and creative direction of our brand, ensuring that our designs
resonate with a diverse and global audience.Roles:xe2x97x8f Lead the design team in conceptualising and creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing
jewellery designs, with a primary focus on lab-grown diamonds.
xe2x97x8f While adding your inspiration in creating your designs or collections, also create your own
value-adding designs for the collection.
xe2x97x8f Conduct market research to identify global jewellery trends, customer preferences, and
competitive landscape.
xe2x97x8f Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's brand vision and
market positioning.
xe2x97x8f Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive
product launches and campaigns.
xe2x97x8f Oversee the entire design process from initial concept to final product, ensuring high
standards of quality and craftsmanship.
xe2x97x8f Mentor and provide creative guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and
inspiring work environment.
xe2x97x8f Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to
project budgets.
xe2x97x8f Stay updated with the latest advancements in lab-grown diamond technology and
incorporate innovative techniques into the design process.

showcasing our unique collections.Requirements:xe2x97x8f Bachelor's degree in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
xe2x97x8f Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in jewellery design, with at least 3-5 years in a
leadership role.
xe2x97x8f Have experience in managing & leading a design team of 5-10 people in previous experience
xe2x97x8f Proven expertise in designing with lab-grown diamonds and a deep understanding of their
unique properties and market potential.
xe2x97x8f Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and commercially successful jewellery
designs.
xe2x97x8f Exceptional creativity, artistic skills, and attention to detail.
xe2x97x8f Solid understanding of global jewellery trends and consumer preferences.
xe2x97x8f Proficient in hand sketching, illustration, and CAD software for jewellery design.
xe2x97x8f Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
xe2x97x8f Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects
effectively.
