Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Travel Mart. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for design, an eye for detail, and the ability to create visually compelling experiences across various media channels, specifically tailored to the travel and tourism industry. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to bring our travel campaigns, advertisements, websites, and digital media to life.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design Creation: Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content for print, web, social media, email marketing, advertisements, and other marketing materials related to travel and tourism.

-Branding & Identity: Maintain and elevate the Travel Mart brand identity across all design assets, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and visual appeal.

-Collaborative Work: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to develop visually engaging designs that communicate key messages effectively.

-Digital Design: Create innovative digital assets for websites, mobile apps, social media, and online advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).

-Campaign Support: Design visual components for promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, travel packages, and destination highlights.

-UX/UI Design: Collaborate with the web development team to create user-friendly and visually appealing layouts for websites and mobile apps.

-Creative Strategy: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help shape the visual direction of new campaigns and design projects.

-Adaptability: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are modern, competitive, and aligned with current market demands.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio demonstrating your creativity, expertise in design, and experience with travel-related content.

-Proficiency: Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and proficiency in web design tools like Figma or Sketch.

-Knowledge of Travel Industry: A strong understanding of the travel market and trends will be an added advantage, with the ability to design content that resonates with a travel-savvy audience.

-Creativity: Ability to think outside the box, develop unique concepts, and deliver visually engaging designs.

-Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

-Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate within a team.

-Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

- Desirable Skills:

Experience in motion graphics and video editing.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end web design principles.

Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms.

Experience with print production and understanding of file preparation for print materials.
